Your Wedding Invitation Budget: No Tricks—Just Choices!

Fact- Wedding Invitations

It’s all about knowing what matters most to you. When your starting point is quantity (but different from actual headcount), having the flexibility to make selections in paper, printing, and other details helps you create the look you love on a budget that works for you.

1 ~ QUANTITY

One couple equals one invitation. Actual guest headcount is NOT the same as the number of wedding invitations you’ll need to order and send. But DO order extras for last minute add-ons!

2 ~ CARD SIZE & PAPER TYPE

Pricing starts with the size of your invitation card (larger cards cost more to print and in postage) and what type of paper you choose (thicker cottons and textures cost more).

3 ~ PRINT TECHNIQUE

Specialty printing processes like letterpress, foil, engraving and others range in cost based on their increased complexity in production.

4 ~ EMBELLISHMENTS

It’s your choice to add extra details like die-cut edges, layers, linings, pockets, and more.

5 ~ ENCLOSURES

Additional cards are an excellent way to highlight important information for guests and can be enclosed directly with the invitation itself.

6 ~ ENVELOPES

Blank envelopes are included in equal quantity as your invitations, but you can also add envelope options like double envelopes (inner and outer), linings, return address printing, and guest addressing. Always order at least 10% more for addressing corrections! At Cohen Printing, having a set budget for your wedding invitations doesn’t mean limiting style. When you shop in person, you’ll enjoy this full menu of options to create the look you want, within your budget, without sacrificing style. Our philosophy is simple – when your starting point is beautiful design, flawless printing, and exquisite papers, the result will be nothing short of perfection!
