our envelopes
Not all envelopes are equal. Ours are 80lb premium stock — not the flimsy 20lb paper most companies use, which is often so thin you can see the invitation right through it. Our heavier stock feels substantial in the hand and properly protects what’s inside.
Envelopes also come in two flap styles, and the difference matters more than most people realize:
euro flap
A deep, pointed flap with a refined, formal finish. This is the style we carry — the elegant choice for weddings, b’nai mitzvah, and milestone celebrations where presentation counts.
square flap
A simple, straight-edged flap. Practical and casual — most often used for holiday cards and everyday mailings rather than formal invitations.
hand-lined envelopes
What sets our hand-lined envelopes apart? It starts with the paper. To create a color like navy, many companies simply print that color onto plain white paper — it’s cheaper than buying real colored stock, but it often looks flat and washed out. We use genuine colored paper instead, so the color is smooth, rich, and true, never printed on.
And here’s what makes ours truly unique: most companies line only the top quarter of the envelope — just the part that peeks out under the flap — to save paper. We line every envelope all the way to the bottom, and hand-line each one to order, so the full lining adds privacy, weight, and a finished look the moment it’s opened.
Our LUX liners come in seven colors — click any color to order:

Why print a return address? It’s more than etiquette. If an invitation can’t be delivered, it comes back to you instead of disappearing — so you know exactly who to follow up with. It also tells your guests the mailing is polished before they even open it, and they’ll rely on it for RSVPs, thank-you notes, and gifts.
Placement matters just as much as printing it. Many companies print the return address in the upper-left corner on the front — the same spot businesses use for marketing mail. On a wedding or simcha invitation, that looks commercial. We print your return address centered on the back flap, the way fine invitations have always been done.

guest addressing
Start your guest list early. The thing that delays a mailing usually isn’t the printing — it’s the address list.
Gather and format your guest addresses while your invitation is still in design. That way, the moment your order is approved, your envelopes are ready to address and go out — no last-minute scramble. We print both recipient and return addressing in beautiful digital calligraphy, ready to mail.
And we proof every single envelope. Because no two addresses are the same length, the line breaks fall differently on each one — so we review and adjust each envelope individually to keep every layout balanced and intentional, never crammed or auto-formatted.
