Our Custom Printed Place Cards concierge service ensures your cards match the beauty and elegance of your invitations perfectly. Whether you need guest names, table numbers, or both, we handle the professional layout so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.
How the Process Works
- Design Your Place Card Online: Use our online design tool to choose your preferred font, color and layout, then place your order.
- We Match the Rest: Once you place your order, we will update the details and manually match that design to your entire guest list.
- Concierge Proofing: We will send you a digital proof for review before we print. We are happy to provide unlimited revisions at no extra charge to ensure the alignment and spacing are perfect.
- Production Time: Once you approve your proof, your order will be printed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Requirements
- Place Cards: You may supply your own place cards or purchase our premium white or off-white cards directly from us. If supplying your own, please mail us your cards after placing your order, including 20 extra cards per set for machine calibration and testing.
- Card Requirements: If you are supplying your own cards, any design or artwork must appear only at the top of the card. The middle of the card must be completely blank with no lines, text, or printing of any kind, as guest names are printed in that area.
- Venue Cards: We are unable to print on place cards provided by venues that contain pre-printed text such as “M____” or “Table No. ____”. Please check with your venue before ordering.
- Guest List: Please email your complete guest list in Excel, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Word format after placing your order.
Important Notes
- No Glossy Cards: We are unable to print on glossy cards. Please ensure your cards have a matte finish before placing your order.
- Heavy Cardstock: If your cards are extremely heavyweight, we may be unable to process your order and will issue a full refund. We recommend contacting us before ordering if you are unsure about your card weight.
