Please be aware that, since each of our stationery items are meticulously custom-printed to meet your unique specifications, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate returns. In the unlikely scenario where a printing issue impacts your order, rest assured that we stand by our commitment to your satisfaction by offering timely reprints. Your contentment with our products is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy as we strive to provide you with the best possible experience.

To request a reprint, you need to reach out to: ruth@cohenprinting.com and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your order number (located on your emailed receipt or in your account’s order history)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • If you prefer to be reached by phone or email
  • If you’re requesting a reprint due to a printing issue, include photos showing the issue (taken in natural light if possible)
