vector pdf — fonts converted to outlines
A vector PDF (or AI / EPS) prints perfectly sharp at any size, and we can make corrections for you if anything needs adjusting. Convert all fonts to outlines (curves) before saving — live fonts we don’t have will substitute and change your design.

png at 300 dpi with a transparent background
If your app only exports images, choose PNG and turn on the transparent background option — Canva and most AI tools offer it when you download.
please avoid
jpeg
A JPEG always bakes a solid background into your design, and nothing in it can be corrected — if any change is needed, you’ll have to go back to your original program and export again. If JPEG is all you have, send it at 300 DPI and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
Why no background? Canva and AI tools quietly add a background to your design. On our ecru and white papers, a printed background — even a soft yellow or off-white — will not look the way it did on your screen. Remove it (or download with a transparent background) and let the beautiful paper be the background.
